This 10-floor high rise residential development stands out accentuating the locality of Kollur designed with a central courtyard acting as a recreational space connecting all the other amenities. The site is located in kollur which has an upcoming growth in future. Considering the future demand, client wanted to invest in residential development.

The alignment of the site demanded design of 2 high-end towers of 8 floors each , providing recreational spaces at its centre, with a well designed club house area that adds to the community spaces.

Each tower houses units of varied sizes that overlook greenery of the site ,having best lighting and ventilation. The elevation is designed with spires in an eye- catchy manner to stand out in the advancement of its surroundings.
