Project Info - BADRACHALAM TEMPLE

(IN ASSOCIATION WITH EALAIN EVENTS – ANAND SAI)

The architectural principles of Hindu temples in India are described in Shilpa shastras and Vastu Sastras. Badrachalam is a town situated on a cliff on the banks of river godavari which is an abode for lord Rama and was planned to redevelop the temple premises without disturbing the perrumal sannidhi along with 250 acres of land around the temple for development of VIP guest housing, bus terminal and other appealing tourist spots on the banks of river godavari by the government of telangana. The Kalyana mandapam which was planned adjacent to the temple premises was evolved with an inspiration of 1000 pillar temple in Warangal. This iconic religious place represents lord Rama in every material and design form we use.
