Project Info - KLR FARM HOUSE

On the banks of Gandipet lake is this beautiful 6 acre site emphasizing the tranquility and serenity of the place. Spatial composition is perfectly planned based on the lake and orientation. Since the villa Is acting as a central focal point, all the recreational spaces are designed encircling the residence and opening to the beautiful view of the lake creating a better place for the residents to admire. The pool and the sunset point helps in creating a calm milieu. With an aim to cut down the built up areas and create open spaces, the design evolves around the concept of a traditional double height central courtyard allowing the beautiful sunlight within.
