The design of this development is a cluster of 10 flats with 5 floors located in the major residential and industrial locality of hyderabad. Within the apartment blocks, smaller courtyards are designed to serve the purpose of natural cross ventilation and natural light, with the larger units located along the stretch of the main road. The façade of this residential building is a simple contemporary style design with the subtle color textures and louvers composed skillfully.
