This 4 storeyed commercial space located in the core area of hyderabad is a restoration structure of a residential building designed with first 3 floors of office space and a guest house elevating the aesthetics elements on the façade emphasizing the structure with the contemporary style. The elevational elements like ACP cladding and MS rafters with the significant lighting fixtures were used to give the building a commercial glimpse.
