Project Info - IDTR – INSTITUTE OF DRIVING AND TRAFFIC RESEARCH
The IDTR has been established by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway under 11th five Year Plan as a Road Safety Initiative and is being managed jointly by Central Institute of Road Transport and Tata Motors Limited.
The design insisted for an institution with hostel block and a training track to inculcate safety consciousness and safe driving habits among people through scientifically engineered training programs. The wind tower being a traditional Persian architectural element helps in creating natural ventilation within the building.
