Project Info - MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Jeedimetla being a core industrial area in the city of Hyderabad with chemicals and textile industries , pharmaceuticals and many more, the client wanted 2 design options in this 4 acres of site in the primary location with one option as truck parking for his industry near by with 220 capacity and cars of 300 while the other option with a mixed use development such as a convention centre , hotel block and a commercial building.

Since the location demands for a mixed use development in this area, the client was more inclined towards the convention centre and a hotel so that it turns into a perfect place for hospitality.
