The micromax office tower sits as the central feature in the gachibowli. Working sustainability into the design makes good economic sense – natural light, natural ventilation, sun shading, passive cooling – all these elements create comfort, long term reduction in running costs and are a commitment to a better future for mankind. They can also be very appealing and bring delight to the users of the building. The design has these elements built-in to all components.
This 7 storeyed project with 2 basements accommodates builtup area of 1,40,000 sft with a double skin exterior wall which helps in reducing external glazing into the structure.
