Project Info - GUNTUR CONVENTION CENTRE (SRM)

The bifurcation of the state demanded further development of AP, where Guntur is a developing town. India being known for its gigantic weddings, the client understood the market and wanted to provide Guntur with its first magnificent high end convention hall.

The location of the site behind a fuel station and the site shape urged to create a long and elevated platform for the convention hall. The space is held 1.2m from ground level providing basement parking below following the site contour. This provides a splendid entry to the hall. The majestic triple height air conditioned spaces can hold up to 1160 ppl. and 520 each when partitioned at a time, provide with a separate dining space.
