A striking office building in a busy commercial area comprising office spaces and lower floors with retail & restaurants. The façade is covered by a screen to add aesthetic value and limiting the amount of direct sunlight.

Located in the core IT sector of the city , Nanakramguda, this corporate building employs the idea of a visually dynamic façade. It exploits every opportunity to overcome setback and reclaim the valuable area. To meet the view from Nehru outer ring road flyover, and being at a junction, it has been designed as a vast high rise structure that serves the idea of a dynamic façade with a green wall to create patterns, as well as bloom at various times of the year, bringing attention to different parts of the building façade through the changing seasons, which is a simple application on a surface purely serving an aesthetic, not a performative function. The screen serving as an aesthetic that allows a modulation of light and air through the building with a view of boulder hills and Khajaguda lake.

As Being an active site, the floors below have been used for commercial purpose with good rental value as shopping centres , kiosks , food courts. This escalates the value of the project in terms of users and client.
